Recharge1EV operates under our registered entity. By utilizing our services, riders deploying telemetry assets agree to strict compliance with the following rules for vehicle usage:
Sole User Authorization: Only the explicit contract signatory is authorized to pilot the scooter. Third-party lending forces immediate vehicle deactivation.
Advance Billing Routines: Rentals must be processed in advance over digital channels. Defaulters past 3 consecutive days prompt remote vehicle deactivation and repossession.
Boundary Geofencing: Tracking arrays run active spatial perimeters ensuring vehicles remain within designated operational limits.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Local & Offline Bookings: We operate strictly on a local, offline basis out of our Gurugram hub. All digital or in-person bookings and transactions are considered final.
No Cancellations or Returns: We do NOT provide any cancellations, returns, or refunds once a vehicle is processed and assigned.
Shipping & Exchange Policy
Not Applicable: Shipping and Exchange are not applicable to our business model, as Recharge1EV provides local electric scooter rentals and sales directly from our physical Gurugram hub. No physical shipping or logistics exchanges are performed.
Deposit Forfeiture Policy
Mandatory Lock-In Protection: Initial security deposits stay locked and non-refundable for a strict 3-month or 5-month timeline matching the selected scheme.
Early Termination Breach: Relinquishing the vehicle or falling into active payment default before crossing your scheme's exact lock-in milestone triggers absolute forfeiture of the security deposit as liquidated damages.
Settlement Process: Upon structural completion of the lease terms, eligible clearances settle within 10–15 business days following component and physical chassis evaluation.
